Holyford Farm

If approaching westbound on the A3052 from Musbury direction, take the 3rd right 250m after passing Colyford Post Office on to Elm Farm Lane (signposted 'Sports Centre’). After approximately 400m you will come to a crossroads. Go straight across onto Whitwell Lane and you should pass the Grammar School on your right. After a further 400m take a left on to Holyford Lane signposted 'Holyford'. Continue along this narrow undulating lane for almost 1km until you come to a ford. The entrance to Holyford Farm and cottages will be on your left (referred to on some maps as Horriford Farm).

If coming from Exeter direction on the A3052, as soon as you enter Colyford (stone walls at side of the road with sign) take an immediate left on to Gully Shoot (signposted 'Sports Centre'). After 400m take a left on to Whitwell Lane then follow directions as above, passing Grammar School on your right etc.
