Holyford Farm

The location of Holyford Farm and its holiday cottages is in close proximity to the East Devon Way and the South West Coast Path. The area is characterised by intimate wooded combes, vast areas of heathland , fertile river valleys and breathtaking cliffs and hilltops. There are also beautiful walks to be had in Holyford Woods, the local ancient woodland right on our doorstep.

The East Devon Way is a 40 mile walking route from Exmouth to Lyme Regis right through the heart of the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is a special landscape, protected to conserve and enhance its natural beauty since 1963, and covers some 270sq km of Devon’s finest countryside.

Holyford Woods is an area of peace and great natural beauty and provides a natural habitat for wildlife that includes roe deer, badgers, foxes and a rich bird life including buzzards, kestrels and woodpeckers. In spring the woodland floor is carpeted with bluebells. For further information, please refer to the Holyford Woods leaflet.
